Continental Tyres Is New Partner For FA’s National Football Centre

Continental Tyres is the latest  supporter to join forces with St. George’s Park, the National Football Centre in Burton-upon-Trent. Already a leading sponsor within the football industry both in England and around the world, Continental has agreed a four-year deal with St. George’s Park which sees them join Nike, BT and Hilton in partnership with The Football Association’s £105 million facility. Continental Tyres becomes an ‘Official Supporting Partner’ of St. George’s Park.

 

With a focus on preparation for driving performance, the Continental presence at the National Football Centre will include a 60-metre indoor ‘high performance’ running track, a goalkeeping ‘stopping zone’ and a bespoke ContiWarmUp area to enable all players to prepare before a game or training session.

 

Another element of the deal with St. George’s Park will be the joint development of The FA’s soon to be revealed online training area. Sitting in the ‘My Football’ section of the TheFA.com, this resource is designed to help deliver more effective warm up activities that can be tailored to players of all ages and abilities.
