The O2 has signed a multi-year partnership with instant commerce company Gopuff who has been named as The O2’s Principal Partner and Official Grocery, Food and Beverage Delivery Partner. Fans visiting the venue will be able to bypass concession lines throughbclick-and-collect services in The O2 app powered by Gopuff. Additionally, to kick off the partnership, customers across the UK can win seats in Gopuff’s VIP suite for an upcoming event by purchasing select products on Gopuff. The “Treats for VIP Seats” campaign will be available throughout 2022.
Paul Samuels, Executive Vice President at AEG Global Partnerships said: “This partnership allows us to continue investing in improving the customer experience for our fans and premium clients, and with digital ticketing and other innovative solutions available for all customers via The O2’s app, we’re making the concert-going experience as seamless as possible through digital means.”
