QBE Announces Glasgow Warriors Sponsorship

Business insurer QBE has signed an agreement to become the Official Insurance Partner of Glasgow Warriors. The agreement will provide the platform to build QBE’s business and brand in Scotland and is a continuation of QBE’s commitment to rugby.

The one-year deal with Glasgow Warriors, which starts immediately, will see QBE’s logo appear on the back of the club’s shirts in all competitions. This complements QBE’s back of shirt sponsorship with Premiership Rugby.

Glasgow Warriors chief executive, Kenny Baillie, said: “We’re thrilled to announce a leading insurance brand like QBE as a Glasgow Warriors sponsor. Glasgow Warriors is the leading rugby club in Scotland, and the only major professional sports team that represents the whole of Glasgow and the west of Scotland.

“We’re very pleased that QBE has recognised the opportunities we can offer our partners and look forward to QBE being part of our team in what promises to be an exciting period for the club.”
