Volunteer It Yourself and Allianz Music Insurance join forces to refurbish two music venues

Volunteer it Yourself (VIY) and Allianz Music Insurance have formed a partnership to refurbish two  UK music venues. VIY, an organisation which places 14-24-year-olds who are not in employment, education or training, have committed fifty volunteers to assist with the renovation of Dublin Castle (London) and The Boileroom (Guildford).

VIY will work with their volunteers and assist with teaching and developing their vocational skills with the aim of enhancing their future employability. Mentored by professional tradespeople the individuals can gain the skills and confidence to work towards entry level City & Guilds trade accreditations and apprenticeships. The partnership between VIY and Allianz Music Insurance was put together by marketing agency Reg&Co.
